Complete Home Inspections Taking between 2 and 3 hours, our complete home inspections cover the entire house, including all structural and mechanical systems. Carbon monoxide testing of gas appliances is included. We encourage you to come along with us...it's a great way to learn how a house "works", and we will answer all your questions as we go. An eight page easy to read report and photos can be emailed, mailed, faxed, or delivered to you. Most houses run between $300 and $400, depending on size, age, and complexity. Additional fees are charge for sprinkler systems, radon testing, water well testing, lead paint testing, outbuildings, houses with crawl spaces. Call us for a quote.

Radon Testing Radon is a gas that can cause lung cancer. We can do a certified test for you for an additional fee of between $75 and 125. We highly recommend doing this important test along with your inspection.

Insurance Claims
We handle a variety of insurance claims for various companies, ranging from hail and wind claims on roofs, to major floods and fires.
